Welcome back!  So Ive had my coffee bliss, listened to something inspirational, now I’m ready to ‘jump’ out of bed and really get moving into my day.   Now, I just move and breathe more deeply, this might be a few gentle stretches – stretch up deep breath in, stretch down deep breath out. If im feeling more energetic I might do a yoga set, I might take the dogs out for a short walk, I might jump on my trampoline, I might get to the pool and swim a couple of laps…. I keep this moving and breathing ritual pretty short because I dont like to wait too long before I have breakfast – but I do want to get the blood flowing, the lymph moving, my heart beating and my energies rising – 15 mins max works for me!  Now Im energized, feeling more alive!
