The postures strengthen your body from the inside-out, so you don’t just look good, you feel good too! Each of the yoga poses helps to strengthen the muscles around the spine, the very center of your body, from which everything else operates. When the spine is strong, posture is improved, thus alleviating back, shoulder and neck pain.

Another one of the benefits of Hatha yoga is the stretching and holding of postures helps muscles to lengthen, which gives the body a longer, leaner look. Many of the yoga postures help to stimulate a sluggish digestive system, so it is a great practice to start your day!
